Your Path to $30K

A 90-Day Plan

Not a promise. A plan — the actual activity, week by week, that produces a $30,000 month, and an honest account of what it costs you to get there.

Section 01

Read this first

Nobody makes $30,000 in a month by wanting it. They make it by doing a specific amount of work, every day, for long enough that the results stop being random.

That is the entire business. It is not talent and it is not luck — it is repetition, plus the discipline to keep going on the days it is not working.

What follows is exactly what that looks like across 90 days. If it reads like more than you want to take on, that is useful information, and you should stop here.

This business is copy paste. Same script, same hours, same process. If it depended on me being special, I couldn't hire anyone.Zander Elling
Section 02

The 90 days

Three phases. Each has one job, and you do not move on until it is done.

Licence & FoundationDays 1–30
Goal — Get licensed and take your first calls
  • Week 1 — Pre-licensing coursework
  • Week 2 — Pass your state insurance exam
  • Week 3 — One-to-one training with your mentor
  • Week 4 — Your first calls

Expect: little to no income. This is the cost of entry, and it is the phase most people quit in.

Volume & RepsDays 31–60
Goal — Hit your daily activity number every working day
  • Full activity board from day 31. No ramp, no easing in.
  • Track every appointment, presentation and close. What is not measured does not improve.
  • weekly one-to-one review of your numbers with your mentor.

Expect: range, and inconsistency. Strong weeks and empty weeks. That variance is normal and it flattens in phase three.

Systems & OwnershipDays 61–90
Goal — Hit the number, then unlock the systems that buy your time back
  • $30K is where the stack opens up. A VA, full CRM, power dialer, AI voice tools — the systems that take the admin, the chasing and the busywork off your plate.
  • Every one of them exists to offload time. The less of your day goes to logistics, the more of it goes to the only part that pays: show up and close.
  • You are building your own business, not filling a seat. You are an independent agent from day one — the book you write is yours, and it keeps paying long after the sale.

Expect: range. If you held the activity for 90 days, this is where it starts paying out.

Section 03

Whether this is for you

This works if you

  • See yourself as a business owner, not a W2 employee
  • Know the 9–5 is not for you
  • Are coachable
  • Are disciplined
  • Are confident

Do not start if you

  • Are not willing to invest in yourself
  • Are looking for something part time
  • Cannot take 90 days of no before it works
  • Are looking for something easier than your current job

That is the whole list. Not experience — Zander had none. Not a degree. The filter is whether you show up on the day you do not feel like it.
